With the holidays right around the corner, there is plenty to keep you busy here in Myrtle Beach! Holiday festivities are available in the Market Common, the MarshWalk, Brookgreen Gardens and Murrells Inlet. It’s time to grab your family and friends and get in the holiday spirit! November 23: Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot
Location: Valor Park in the Market Common

Work up your appetite for Thanksgiving at the Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot! This 5K will start at Valor Park and will wind through the rest of the Market Common area as well as the former Historic Air Force Base. The official charity of the Turkey Trot is the Myrtle Beach Humane Society, so you can work off those Thanksgiving calories while supporting a good cause!

November 25 & December 2, 9, 12: Merry MarshWalk Christmas
Location: MarshWalk

Add some extra holiday spirit to your shopping this year at the MarshWalk! From 10 am to 5 pm, guests can expect to enjoy local businesses and artists lining the boardwalk. From 12 pm to 2 pm, find out if you’re on the naughty or nice list and take your picture with Santa!

Various dates from November 30-December 17: Nights of a Thousand Candles
Location: Brookgreen Gardens

The Brookgreen Gardens will transform under the glow of more than 5,500 hand lit candles and sparkling lights during the Nights of a Thousand Candles. The holiday season will kick off with the ceremonial lighting of the 85-foot-tall fir tree every night at 5:45 pm. The Nights of a Thousand Candles takes place on November 30, December 1-2, December 7-9, and December 14-17 from 3 pm until 10 pm.

December 2: Breakfast With Santa
Location: Tupelo Honey, Market Common

Santa will be checking his list twice from 9 am to 11 am at Tupelo Honey in the Market Common. Enjoy breakfast with Santa for $10, kids 3 and under eat for free.

December 1-3: Inlet Christmas Weekend
Location: Murrells Inlet

Kick off the holiday season with a weekend full of festivities! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will kick off the weekend with a tree lighting ceremony in Morse Park from 5 pm to 8 pm. Take part in the Christmas Home Tour throughout Collins Creek Landing on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. End the weekend with the annual Christmas Parade starting at 3 pm on Sunday at Sunnyside Avenue to Wachesaw Road.

December 2, 9, 16 : Holiday Bazaar
Location: Howard Avenue in the Market Common

Get in the holiday spirit this year at the Holiday Bazaar in the Market Common from 12 pm until 4 pm! You can celebrate the upcoming holidays with seasonal craft vendors, live greens, and fresh foods!

December 16: MarshWalk Santa Crawl
Location: MarshWalk

The 3rd Annual MarshWalk Santa Crawl kicks off at 5 pm and will feature drink and dinner specials from each of the bars and restaurants located at the Marshwalk. Guests are encouraged to show off their favorite Christmas apparel. A cash prize will be given to the best holiday outfit!

December 16: Breakfast With Santa
Location: Gordon Biersch, Market Common

Santa will be checking his list twice from 9 am to 11 am at Gordon Biersch in the Market Common. Enjoy breakfast with Santa for $10, kids 3 and under eat for free.

December 31: A Southern Times Square
Location: Market Common

Say goodbye to 2017 and celebrate the upcoming New Year in the Market Common! Watch a live-stream of NYC’s celebration and enjoy our very own mirror-ball drop plus fireworks at midnight! Ring in the New Year right with live entertainment, a beer garden, and food vendors.
