30 May FREE Family Fun in Myrtle Beach this Summer
Summertime is here and we can’t wait to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful weather in Myrtle Beach! Some of our favorite events along the Grand Strand are happening the next few months and most of them are free. Here are some to add to your calendar:
Fireworks
Ready for sparks to fly this summer in Myrtle Beach? There are so many locations along the Grand Strand that put on spectacular FREE firework shows all summer long! Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, 2nd Ave Pier to name a few who are offering weekly shows throughout the summer months. Grab the whole family for the perfect way to end the night!
Barefoot Landing – Mondays 10 p.m., 4th of July 10 p.m.
Broadway at the Beach – Tuesdays 10 p.m. through August, Fridays 10 p.m. June 21st – August 16th, 4th of July 10 p.m.
2nd Ave Pier – Wednesdays 10 p.m.
Movies Under the Stars
Is there anything more relaxing than enjoying the warm summer night air while watching your favorite movies? At The Market Common in Myrtle Beach, your whole family can experience your favorite movies outside this summer. And did we mention it’s FREE? All you’ll need is a blanket to lounge on or a beach chair to relax in and you’re set for a perfect summer night under the stars in Myrtle Beach!
Hot Summer Nights
Every night this summer, you can experience the thrill of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk during their Hot Summer Nights events. Hot Summer Nights are completely free and family-friendly featuring live music and street performers! From 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. adventure around the boardwalk and make some unforgettable summer memories!
Farmers Markets
Located all along the Grand Strand, Farmer’s Markets are booming during the hot summer months. Here you’ll find more than just produce with local artisans showcasing their homemade crafts and artwork alongside the fresh fruits and vegetables. Stroll through The Market Common, Barefoot Landing, Little River, or even Surfside Beach for live music while you explore the booths!
The Market Common – Wednesdays 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Barefoot Landing – Fridays 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Little River – Thursdays 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Surfside Beach – Tuesdays 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
