Brookgreen Gardens Holiday Exhibit

Brookgreen Gardens Holiday Exhibit

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Brookgreen Gardens has a beautiful display each year for guests to come view during the holiday season. While many are familiar with Nights of a Thousand Candles, there is also a Holiday Exhibit to see. Visitors can come to see the holiday display from November 27-January 3. The indoor presentation takes place in the Rainey Sculpture Pavilion and is free with garden admission. Here is everything you need to know about the two exhibits at Brookgreen Gardens.

Holiday Memories: Trains, Trees and Treasures

It’s time to take a trip down memory lane with trains, trees and treasures. You will see previous show-stopping displays of model trains, beautiful Christmas trees and other holiday celebrations to give you that nostalgic feeling. There are works of art from Angela Trotta Thomas, which capture scenes of children, Christmas and toy trains. Guests will go back in time with Christmas trees from the 1930s to the 1960s and children will love the Thomas the Train and Friends feature. Plus, there are plenty of beautiful treasures to see that are Tiffany-inspired.

Peace on Earth

Peace on Earth is truly magical and represents tranquil and natural settings from the earth. The beautiful evergreen forest displays, the antique sleigh with homemade quilts and the Moravian glass stars will enchant you. As you look around you will notice the beauty and inspiration for Peace on Earth, giving you the true feeling of Christmas. Plus you may even find fresh ideas for decorating your home this holiday season.

Brookgreen Gardens is a wonderful place to visit with something new and exciting always taking place. The Holiday Exhibits are something you’ll want to check out this season!
